Welcome new Guardians President, Anthony Behar
It is our great pleasure to share that Anthony Behar was unanimously confirmed by the board of directors as President of The Guardians on September 6, 2022. Anthony will serve in this role for the next two years.
Anthony is a longtime member of The Guardians, having served in many different capacities over 27 years of involvement. He first joined The Guardians as part of the Sixth Decade (Young Men’s Division) and has been a proud member ever since.
"I am honored and grateful to serve as the next Guardians president,” said Anthony. “The organization has a very special place in my heart. The Guardians gives us a chance to have an impact on the lives of thousands of seniors in our community, while also providing opportunities to develop long lasting friendships and participate in top notch events. There are many extraordinary people who served before me in this role and I hope to meet and exceed what they have done for Los Angeles Jewish Health.”
