By Jessi Cazary
My name is Jessi Cazary and it is with great honor that I address you as the new Manager of The Guardians. I am thrilled to be working with such a dynamic and inspirational group of men and women. The dedication and spirit The Guardians have to support the Los Angeles Jewish Home, and the over 6,000 seniors we serve each year is truly amazing.
Growing up here in Los Angeles, my Great Aunt had the privilege of being a resident of the Jewish Home. I have vivid memories of visiting her on the Eisenberg Village campus and even as a child recall the beautiful grounds, facilities and wonderful care that she received. It is now my honor to give back in memory of my Great Aunt and make sure that people just like her continue to get the care they need and deserve.
I have spent the last year and a half as a Senior Development Manager for the American Cancer Society, and previous to that, a Development Coordinator for the Jewish Home. During my tenure at The Home, I learned a great deal about the history of The Home, the residents we serve and how we work to provide them with the best care possible. I am so excited to bring this knowledge to The Guardians and continue this legacy.
As I settle in to this new position I am constantly amazed by what I learn on a daily basis about the deep history The Guardians has here in Los Angeles and I am so excited to be working together to usher in another 80 years to remember!
